If you have time only to re-visit this site occasionally, and if you are then unsure what has been added to the site since your last visit, we offer this simple service to let you know each weekend what new articles and comments have been added since we last sent an update.
The information is sent in a simple text email to the address you provide, with an equally simple list of summaries of last week's updates, along with instructions on where on the site they can be found.
Simply fill in and send the form at the bottom of this page and you will be placed on the list. If later you want to stop receiving updates, simply email us to let us know.
NOTE: Unfortunately we receive a lot of spam responses to this and other forms, with obviously fictitious details, so we ask you to also supply your name and a contact phone number. This does not mean we will store these entries or phone you, but having real names and correctly formatted phone numbers to check usually filters out most of the spam. Therefore please don't use a random meaningless name, as this will probably mean your request will be binned. Likewise if the email address you provide bounces our emails.
