Have fun and get fit at any age. We meet every Wednesday night at 7.30pm at the Scout Den at Lower Moutere Hall. Programmes are made up of all the favourite jigs, reels and Strathspey dances. We go to many dances, ceilidhs and birthday celebrations. There are also summer schools, weekend schools and even overseas tours.

After taking part in several dances, even on the coldest night you find yourself shedding your wolly garments, the blood is circulating and you really warm up. Once the celtic music starts, your tiredness disappears and you cannot resist springing to your feet and joining the set to dance the Reel of the Royal Scots.
