Photo competition entries close this week, prizes announced

Entries for SeniorNet Digital Interest Group's annual photographic exhibition and competition will close on this coming Friday, May 20th, and the list of prizes in all categories have been announced.

Organiser Shirley Frater says businesses have been very generous to contribute, with the top prize being a substantial Canon DVD camcorder from Noel Leeming.

In total over $3000 prizes will be shared amongst first and second places in the seven photo categories and the Best Overall Photo.

SeniorNet Motueka Digital Interest Group will start preparing the entries after the closing date. They will be exhibited in Motueka Museum and Muses Cafe from 18th June to 29th July. (More detail here.)
