Free health expo for Motueka people

The Motueka Community House has organised a Health Expo to allow residents to find out about health services available to them and to talk directly with health provider.

The expo will be held on Tuesday September 6th at the Community House, Decks Reserve, with providers available for information between 10am and 2pm. There is no charge for admission, and the event is supported by Nelson Bays Primary Health.

Health providers who will be attending include Age Concern, an arthritis educator, Diabetes NZ Nelson/Motueka, an epilepsy field worker, Green Prescription, a hearing therapist, Heart Foundation Heart Health, Greenwood Health (12 noon - 2pm only), Motueka Family Service Centre (Family Planning), Motueka Mental Health team, Stroke Foundation, Te Awhina Marae Health & Social Services, Te Amo Health, and Smoking Cessation support services.
