Farewell concert by Motueka piano prodigy

One of the best young musicians produced in Motueka in recent times, Louis Lucas-Perry, will perform a special concert tomorrow before leaving to study at Victoria University.
Mark Wentworth and State Cinema Motueka wants to acknowledge and support Louise by hosting the one-off concert this Saturday evening at the Chanel Arts Centre.
Many folk in Motueka over the past five years or so have enjoyed listening to the development of the shy but hugely talented Louis, who is aiming for the world stage as a concert pianist.
After completing his study at Motueka High last year, this year he will begin his study in performance piano at Victoria University.
The farewell concert on Saturday 22nd February will start at 7.30pm. Cost $10.00 at the door.
