Womens education programme to address family conflict

Feeling alone and confused in your relationship? Feeling unsafe, frustrated, unheard or abused? Find yourself wishing you were supported and treated in a more respectful way?

Get Safe Motueka is offering a free 12-week Womens Education Programme beginning in four weeks that explores the different ways that conflict in a relationship can affect your life and the lives of your children. It will also explore ways of building relationships that leave you feeling happy and healthy.

Programme topics include self esteem, assertive communication, the cycle of violence, impacts of violence, boundaries and much more.

The course, at Get Safe's office at 81 High Street, begins on Thursday 9th February from 9.15am until 12.15pm.
