Call goes out to celebrate young volunteers

During Volunteer Awareness Week 2012, Nelson-Tasman will celebrate the voluntary efforts of our region's young people, with a special ceremony hosted by the New Hub on the evening of Thursday 21st June.

Do you know a young person, or a group of young people aged 12-25 years, who has voluntarily donated their time and energy to enhance the community over the period June 2011 - June 2012?

Name a young person now and they will go in the draw to win an 8gb IPod Touch. All those who nominate will go in the draw to win a dinner and movie voucher for two at Stefano's and State Cinema, Nelson.
