Young photographers to capture the magic of Motueka

Want a chance to show off the magic of Motueka? Feel like you're a bit of a pro (or a semi-pro!) with a camera? Here's your chance to show us what you've got!

The Tasman Youth Photo Competition, in association with the Tasman Youth Council, kicks off on Thursday 8th September.

With the theme "Magic Moments in Mot", the possibilities are endless of what you could capture – take some photos at school, at your netball game on the weekend, go to the beach, the river, just into town – anything that takes your fancy! Try and capture the magic of Motueka.

There are two age groups – Primary (5 – 12 years) and Secondary (13 – 18 years), with prizes for the winner of each category. The Overall Winner will win a Fujifilm Instax Mini Camera 7S White!

So get snapping! Entries close on Friday 7th October. Print out an entry form and make sure you check all the conditions of entry before submitting your photo. Download an entry for here, or use the facility on the JAM website.
