Supreme Christmas lights award to Motueka home

Two Motueka homes were among the four with the the best Christmas lights displays in Nelson and Tasman, with Maree and Ricky Smith of 46 Glenaven Drive being judged and voted the Supreme Winner of the 2011 Harcourts Light Up Nelson competition.

Neighbouring Murray Halliwell of 37 Glenaven Drive was voted the Child's Favourite award, with their Christmas grotto and toyland village. This photos is only a part of a magnificent scene.

Houses at 62 Woodlands Ave and 4 Titoki Place were also among the 23 finalists in the district-wide competition.
